Forms Syntron Information (HK) Ltd. (“FORMS HK”) operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of FORMS. It was incorporated in 2009 and is based in Hong Kong. FORMS HK offers advisory and implementation service to help established banks to change the bank, virtual banks to build the bank and FinTech companies to innovate and thrive.

Chosen partner of a leading D-SIB (Domestic Systemically Important Bank) to embark on the ambitious digital transformation journey.

We co-create with the bank from remote account opening app, next generation corporate internet banking strategy, credit card gamification app to API and micro-service platform development and backend systems modernization.

Helping a Virtual Bank to Build the Bank

Provide advisory and implementation service to help a very stylish virtual bank to co-create AML, fraud, case management, credit, payment and IAM (Identity & Access Management) systems from scratch.

Helping Bursa Malaysia to Co-Create a New Business Model for Securities Borrowing and Lending

Jointly transform the securities borrowing and lending business model with Bursa Malaysia (the stock exchange of Malaysia) by exploiting the business values of blockchain technology.

The project aims to ramp up the efficiency, speed and capacity in securities lending supply and borrowing demand.

This POC is first of its kind in Malaysia and ASEAN region. 5 financial institutions (Affin Hwang Investment Bank Bhd, CIMB Investment Bank Bhd, Citibank Bhd, Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) and Malacca Securities Sdn Bhd) participate in the POC.
